BRIVANTA CONSULTING LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company providing business strategy, operations improvement, process advisory, and implementation support to businesses, owners, and management teams.

Scope, fees, billing, and currency

Paid work begins only after written commercial terms identify the scope, fees, timing, amount, currency, and material conditions. BRIVANTA does not impose automatic recurring billing unless recurring terms are expressly accepted in writing.

Engagement-specific terms

A proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, invoice, or other written commercial document may contain terms specific to a client engagement. If those accepted written terms conflict with these general website policies, the engagement-specific terms control to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.

Website and payment model

This public website does not offer self-service checkout. After scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing, BRIVANTA may issue an invoice or payment request for BRIVANTA consulting services and approved engagement-related costs. BRIVANTA does not use this website to process payments on behalf of undisclosed third-party sellers or merchants.

Service delivery and fulfillment

BRIVANTA sells professional consulting services, not physical goods. Services are delivered through meetings, remote working sessions, electronic communications, shared documents, reports, roadmaps, process materials, or other methods stated in the engagement. There is no physical shipping requirement.

Refund and cancellation policy

Unless accepted engagement terms state otherwise, a client may cancel future services before the applicable work is performed. Prepaid amounts attributable to services not yet performed may be eligible for refund. Fees for work already performed, completed deliverables or milestones, time already incurred, and approved non-cancellable third-party costs are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method when reasonably possible; final posting time depends on the payment processor and financial institution.

Billing questions and disputes

Include the relevant invoice or charge reference, the amount in question, and a short explanation so we can review the engagement record and respond. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law, card-network rules, or the applicable payment processor's procedures.

Payment security

Never send full card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or similar secrets through the website contact form. When online card payments are used, payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment processor.

No physical returns

BRIVANTA does not sell or ship physical goods through this website, so product-return and shipping-return procedures do not apply.

Service limitations and no guarantees

BRIVANTA provides general business consulting, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, lending, money transmission, insurance, or other regulated professional services. No specific revenue, profit, financing, approval, growth, operational, or other business result is guaranteed.

Website use and governing law

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. Except where applicable law or an engagement agreement requires otherwise, these terms are governed by laws applicable to BRIVANTA CONSULTING LLC in Wyoming, United States.
